Evening at Paradise + dinner @ End of the world
Sister friend has this membership card to Paradise hotel…so she asked us along…for a Sunday catch up with her and baby…. since I don’t have my swimming costume with me….so I’m going to be the free photographer again… lol….
Naughty baby was so chicken yet want to play with the water… he was sooo happy playing with his “god brothers”… Sis invited Boon’s family to join us…. so…3 kids + 6 adults headed to Paradise hotel….swim swim…
Justin and his brother are so naughty….keep splashing water to me…the father even worst… ask the kid don’t splash baby…but can splash me…especially my camera…zzzz …faint….naughty him….
Anyway… after 1 hour swim … the “battery” for 1 of the kids out of the 3 is showing low battery signal…hehe…..he talked less… and seems tired…well…that is normal for kids…
It took me so many days to compile all the pictures in one…*phew*….I snapped 250 pictures for this event itself… ==”… ya I know….hehe…..a lot….just for the evening…

As for baby.. he is still so energetic as usual…
Look at his cheeky and manja look:

We went to End of the World for dinner….the same restaurant we went few weeks back….the food is nice and is at reasonable price…great!
Ordered 5 dishes:
1. Fried sotong – Upon Justin’s request
2. Salad chicken
3. Fried vege + garlic – the most expensive and most-not-worth it dish
4. Steam fish in sweet and sour – SOooooo much more worth it that the fish we had in “Zhong Hwa Xiao Chu” last 2 weeks…that fish cost us RM 110…which is the same size as this one we have….and this one is only RM 36…can u imagine that? We are not going back to “Zhong Hwa Xiao Chu” and will not recommend anyone going there….
5. Last but not least…and also the best – Fried Crab with salted egg…. I have to admit…this crab is really really very very nice….I’m not a fan for crab…cuz it is very messy to eat crab…and most of them don’t really hit my taste…but this…just excellent! Thumbs up!
>> Best part…it is not expensive at all….at the price of RM 55/kg… we ordered 4 crabs and it cost us RM 38.50 only! Hard to find it in Penang isn’t it?

Nice isn’t it? yum yum…..

Overall, this movie is quite entertaining…. very funny…and it is cute! Just for a good laugh….a good relaxing movie….
Susan (Voice by Reese Witherspoon) was hit by a meteor… she became huge giant…. got caught by the government secret force…. then in the secret sector..there are few other monsters….Dr. Cockroach (Hugh Laurie), a crazy scientist who accidentally transformed himself into a cockcroach-human hybrid…. B.O.B. (Seth Rogen), a gelatinous, brainless, but talkative mass brought to life in an experiment which gone wrong; the Missing Link (Will Arnett), a lizard man; and the super big size larva – Insectosaurus……
The meteor that hit Susan, is a rare element – quantonium which is wanted by Gallaxhar, Rainn Wilson, he sent a robot to get the quantonium. But the monsters group settle it…..So Gallaxhar captured Susan himself and remove quantonium from her body… she turned back to normal person…
Due to the fact that she cannot let go those monsters friend… she choose to “insert” quantonium into her body again…so…she turned to a big giant again…
As for Gallaxhar was self destroyed together with his spaceship….
Happy ending…nice lor….should bring along kids to watch it…..
Thumbs up!
Synopsis:

Movie – Angels & Demons
Saw and heard a lot of good reviews on this movie…so as a movie lover… I went to watch it with Missy - my partner for movie screening.. lol…

Photos source: www.celebritywonder.com
well well well…. I must say…this movie is indeed very very nice…. tho I already know Ewan McGregor is the bad one…but the script is just so perfect… no one will know he is actually the bad guy at the back who is monitoring everything…. he is aiming to be the Pope! Wah!!!
This is a nice show…not too detailed… not too lengthy…. not too complicated….. just nice! It is about the Vatican city…. hmm….. I didn’t know that Vatican has their own law, own guard, everything on their own… and the choosing of a pope is so sacred…. wow! Salute for that…
But if you are not that interested in Christianity or a bit of anti Christianity or history… you’d better don’t watch this…cuz it is about History of Vatican city, pope, Christianity, …. heheh…. cuz you might feel bored…..
However… for me I think this is quite an easy to understand show…at least… if you read the story books it is more detailed…..ya…I’m gona go get the books and read….. I’m sure it is interesting….
haha…I got Da Vinci Code and it is very good! But the movie…so so only….not that nice….too messy d…..really need to read the story books…else do not understand what the movie about…lol…
Thumbs up for this Angels & Demons….a must watch!
Synopsis:
The team behind the global phenomenon The Da Vinci Code returns for the highly anticipated Angels & Demons, based upon the bestselling novel by Dan Brown. Tom Hanks reprises his role as Harvard religious expert Robert Langdon, who once again finds that forces with ancient roots are willing to stop at nothing, even murder, to advance their goals. Ron Howard again directs the film, which is produced by Brian Grazer, Ron Howard, and John Calley. The screenplay is by David Koepp and Akiva Goldsman.
When Langdon discovers evidence of the resurgence of an ancient secret brotherhood known as the Illuminati – the most powerful underground organization in history – he also faces a deadly threat to the existence of the secret organization’s most despised enemy: the Catholic Church. When Langdon learns that the clock is ticking on an unstoppable Illuminati time bomb, he jets to Rome, where he joins forces with Vittoria Vetra, a beautiful and enigmatic Italian scientist. Embarking on a nonstop, action-packed hunt through sealed crypts, dangerous catacombs, deserted cathedrals, and even to the heart of the most secretive vault on earth, Langdon and Vetra will follow a 400-year-old trail of ancient symbols that mark the Vatican’s only hope for survival.

Heard from colleagues that Tao every year May also have 50% off for who ever born that month..it’s their Anniversary! lucky me … I always have the chance to enjoy 50% discount…lol……
I didn’t manage to make it with colleagues @ Tao Autocity cuz mom and sis want to go Tao as well…so we ended up in Tao e-gate….
I arrived first….so I ordered some of the food…. have my cold peach tea while waiting for them…..I ordered quite a lot at first go…so when the food came…I don’t have enough time to snap picture…so I kinda “force” sis and mom to wait for me…before they start to eat….lol….
Compiled all the pictures in one… kinda lazy to upload one by one…lol…..

Sis said she wasn’t full on the first order….so we order again….total scallop ordered is 11 sets x 3 = 33 scallopsssss ….hehe……then grilled lamb x 2, ice-cream x 3, edamame x 2, steam unagi x 2… the rest are one set only…
I would say…this was my third time dining in Tao…the food is still the same…but the feeling is different….kinda like it this time…cuz I get to spend my time with my family when I’m not in a good mood…thanks to them to cheer me up… yes! Love my family very much….
We didn’t order sashimi that much cuz one of the fish is not that fresh… and sis doesn’t want to eat it….and I don’t want it either…so … we didn’t order much..just 1 set only
Anyway, it was quite a worthy meal….. sis and I got 50% discount… then for early bird who dine-in b4 6pm get 10% discount… cool! Save quite a lot
We forgot to ask… is there any limit for birthday people to eat during the month of May? If no…then I might want to go with sis again…cuz it is soooooooooooooooo worth it!

20 days to go…and is counting down now
Sis will be leaving us and go to a far far land from here… it is her first time to leave us all by herself… *sigh* Kinda start to miss her now…

Sis never leave us before… not even for study purpose… It’s me who always run away from this family… went to KL study, work, then to US for work and travel with Sher, then back to KL again…only on recent years I’m back to Penang. well…I’m not those kind of person will stick at one place for long.. not when I’m young….lol…. I definitely want to fulfill my own dreams when I’m still able to do it….
Like I said, this is the first time sis will be leaving us, leaving Penang and go to a far far land…well…not that far compare to US…but still very far… is @ middle east…. MIDDLE EAST for God sake… *sigh*… want to take plane to find her also not that cheap… *sigh*
We share the same common interest for sis and I… it is kinda funny that we know what we each other want when ordering food… we have the same and dislike on food, clothing (definitely my taste is better than her..lol
), the way we think is also more a less the same….just a certain time we have different view….
eg: we both love tom yam, spicy food, Japanese food,
- we both dislike chocolate made food…
>> difference: I don’t like crab but she love it.
Oh ya! Sis and I were born at the same day… May 3… different time… different year… but same day… people who know both of us always tease mom on how clever she was…counting the date so accurate… lol….so…since young we are sharing the same birthday cake, EVERY year… lol… but I don’t mind…cuz I’m not a cake lover…if is Haagen Dazs cake then is different story…
The relationship between me and sis is always good…well.. I have to admit…we used to quarrel a lot..even for now we still quarrel… but… the bond is still there… hey! She is my only sister… sure I love her dearly no matter what! It is fun to have her company… although there was once we don’t hang out after she gave birth…but the news of her leaving… make us come close together again…..
She will be leaving on 9-June-2009 12 noon… to….. Tabuk, Saudi Arabia….. safe journey sis. I will be missing u very very much

We ordered 3 type of ala-cart: Kimchi soup, octopus fried in spicy and stone rice… total is RM 73 include 10% service charge… the best part… they do not have 5% government charge and they give one free food depends on how much you spend…. so far…I think this korean food is quite nice.. better than Seoul Garden at least few times lor..hehehe…..
Oh yA! Another best part…the chief Chef came out to greet us…asked us how is the food…it is really fantastic…hehe….probably it is also newly open…
