This is going to be a very long post ^^ enjoy …

I don’t know whether mom heard such myth….someone told mom that this year in Chinese calendar there are two “May” months. So as the children of your parents, you have to buy 2 pants for your parents… pants means money wor….I really don’t know how true this is…or just a scam that mom wanst to make sure sis and I buy her new pants… lol….but… it’s been quite sometime since I last went shopping with mom.

This Sunday shopping spree I have been planning for 1 week…need 1 week to date my mom…else she will have some other plannings.. lol….

She went to prayers early morning, which I’m too tired to go…so I skipped it…I woke up almost 12 noon only to find out that she just came home *faint*…

So I clean up myself and ordered a take away of Chicken Rice from a stall downstairs when mom was taking a nap

We got ourselves ready by 2.30pm…off we go to Queensbay, with me as the driver

When we first reached, we saw Padini on sales…so mom went to find some pants of her liking… went to try…there were a lot of people…and their system kinda sucks in the sense that you are not able to change the size of the clothes/pants you tried when you are in the fitting room…meaning to say, if you got yourself size “M” for a pants and you cant wear it, you want to change to “L” or “S” size… you cannot ask your friends/family to change the correct size and bring it back for you to try it again in the same fitting room… you have to change back to your own pants and line up again with the “correct” size… it is funny isn’t it? The promoter said “cuz if you keep changing, then the line will be longer and you will be trying non-stop”. Hey common la! I’m not taking advantage on trying more clothes but just to change another size so that I know whether I should buy that pants….This might apply to those who really take advantage of trying like 100 clothes which I think is really unfair to others who are waiting in the queue…

but anyway, it is non of my business…cuz I overheard the promoter told some lady…lol…lucky not me…. *blek*…

Anyway, mom bought 2 long pants for her work and leisure…she actually wanted to buy short pants but the size cannot fit… lol….

One thing good about Padini is that they alter your pants for you if it is too long…for FREE! Mom said this is very very good cuz if paying for the alter will cost around RM 3… which she is so happy to save the 6 bucks for 2 pants already…lol… auntie is like that

Anyway, we’ll have to pay for the pants before they can alter for us… that means mom have to line up for the queue again…well…lucky this time is not that long queue…so…still alright…

Then this particular promoter which suppose measure mom’s pants for her, didn’t notice that mom went into the fitting room d…so he ask his colleagues “ei, where is that lau ee (Auntie in hokkien but kinda rude)”? whereby he didn’t notice I’m just standing behind there. I just give him a smile and say nothing.

>> Later on I told mom about it and she said why they so rude… well… what can you expect from these promoters? Their pay are not that high and if they can study well, they will not be working there. If they are part-timers, then why should they even bother to treat you nice? I cannot say all are rude….just a few…cannot because of one black sheep and blame the whole group right?

Anyway, after done at Padini, mom notice this shop beside Padini, which is selling diamond… I was like “erm…you got money meh?” She said ” pants is a must, but children also can buy earing, bracelet, anklet, necklace for their parents ei… just as long as children buy can d… ==” Kinda have the feelings that my mom is conning me …. lol….

Then we went to Jusco to have a look….but…the clothes were not that nice….

There were a stall promoting  Schwakopf products… bought one moisture kick shampoo, one smooth control conditioner and one rescue repair on Saturday with Missy…. so tempted to buy more… cuz it is 60% + 5% discount…so it is considered super cheap… bought another moisture kick leave-in-moisture on Sunday… for my own stock…lol…I really love Schwakopf hair products… but all the time it is very expensive…so I will not buy it if there is no discount..with the discount now..it is considered really worth it already…Normal price is RM 49…after discount is around RM 19… cool?

We walked walked around QB… then when we thought of going to Padini to get mom’s pants…mom was so tempted to go into the diamond shop – Aurora..so off we go …

The sales man recommended mom two types of diamond earings.. one was a bit bigger with round cut, another one was smaller with the princess cut… smaller one is much more expensive than the bigger one cuz of its cutting wor… so big one is RM 200 and smaller stone is RM 270… after discount…

Ever wondered how come it is so cheap? Cuz it is synthetic diamond…not real one and the silverware is made of platinum + sterling… so it is cheaper compare to a real platinum diamond…that I doubt I can afford to pay for it…

Mom asked me which one should her choose.. hmm this point of time… you cannot say the cheaper one cuz she might like the expensive one…and if you say the expensive one…ahem…kinda pain in the chest oso ler…. so…I choose to say wisely which is “you see which one you like then you choose la…since I’m sharing with sis ei…so you choose the one you like most”… cool ler?

LOL…. at the end… mom choose the bigger stone with cheaper price… erm…I’m not sure whether she really didn’t want us to spend too much or what but she said bigger stone is like more worth it.. lol… well… the bigger one more noticeable lo… lol…

After everything settled in Queensbay, we headed to Gurney… reason why? Cuz there was a health product introduction in G Hotel at 8pm…so we went there a bit earlier for dinner….

Finally I have the chance to eat Winter Warmers again…OMG! I have been craving for their “iced mixed fruits cocktail” for the whole week….finally get to drink it again…how I wish they can open another francise at Queensbay… but they didn’t… sad sad.. they open another shop in Sunway Carnival.. more sad…..:(

Oh, mom saw this cute t-shirt for baby ei…thought of buying it for baby…but don’t have baby’s size…so we have chosen another design… cute as well

The health talk started quite late…supposed was 8pm … but they delayed till 8.45pm…wtf! then they kept repeating the same things over and over again…sien…the whole talk ended at 10.15pm…wtf!

Reached home 11pm…sooooooooo tired…. need to snap pictures for what I have spent today… total spent: RM 310 + RM 19

Overall, mom back home happily with the gifts … but I’m broke again… *sigh* … positively thinking: I spent for my mom…so still worth it

This show opened this week….and the Saturday show is fully booked on Thursday early in the morning… so have to go for e-payment…scared can’t get the tickets by the time we reach cinema…

Well…turned out…it is quite a touching show…I cried a few times… *shy shy* cuz really touching ma…haiyo…..I’m a very sensitive person….

I truly hope that there will be one last Episod for this Harry Potter’s series which follow the books…the ending should comes to an end already.

This episod, talked about Harry has some feeling with his best friend’s sister Ginny… and Hermione fall for Ron Weasley …Professor Dumbledore passed away as he was killed by Professor Severus Snape.

I’m not a big fan of Harry potter..but I just like to watch the movie itself….except for the books…kinda lazy to read books… lol… so I don’t know much on how the story ends… lol…

I do hope that Professor Dumbledore is still alive and Professor Severus Snape is trying to save him…at least that is what I hope… lol…

Until then..just wait for the last episod…

Synopsis:

I’m not the kind of person will react nicely for suprise…erm…I know…girls like suprises… yaya…only on the wedding proposal maybe…but not much of surpise… well… I hate to be thought as an idiot…so I like my things to be planned out or at least to my own knowing…

The last time I got a surpised flower is during my convo.. I never thought my friends will buy me flower..I mean real roses…those who know me will not buy real flower for me…cuz I don’t like real flower..it dies very fast and it became no value when you put it on top of your cupboard…soon it will collect dust and will be throw into the dustbin

I only request sis to prepare the paper flower with bear bear for my convo…quite nice….sher n lam also gave me paper design + bear bear ei flower…quite cool prefer this than the real roses…lol…if is real roses..maybe is blue colour instead of red…LOL….very choosy hor? Bet ya

So… back to the main point of this blog…I received a bouquet of red roses to my office yesterday… hmm…. first thought “Who so ‘fei’? Waste this kinda money” hehe….sorry la…but real roses are quite expensive ma….sumore is 24 roses…faint….

Ok…the note is quite long…but the signature says “from someone will always love you” … erm…I don’t know who but it sounded quite creepy… lol…. this remind me of the HK series I just finished watching last month…in this story, there is this guy who doesn’t have any luck for girls. Whenever he date a girl, he will tell her what he want to do with their future… when he want to marry… how much he has in his bank account…how many kids he want in future… erm…. sounds kinda scary right? ==”

Roughly the conversation are like that….cant remember in more details d… lol…

Well… kinda know who send the flowers… and by the time I reached home I already got 100% confirmation…

It is not that I don’t like flower…just that I felt it is a waste of money… The only one paper-made flower sis get for me for my convo cost her RM 100…lol…she complained so expensive… lol…

As for the diamond… not to say I’m materialistic .. which some of you already think that way…as though I care

Anyway, it is a sweet attempt…But seriously, I don’t like flowers

I would like to post a short blog post about this celebrity website which I followed since last week. This is the world most famous blogger. He blog about all celebrity news…altho most of his posts are short one…but they are all informative one… really good to read his celebrity news….

He is Perez Hilton! I heard about him like 2 weeks ago and it was a news about him and Will.I.Am from Black Eyed Peas. That time I thought is Paris Hilton…but then it wasn’t…so that is the time I start to follow his blog post…

Honestly….he is very great in blogging celebrity news…it is the latest news you know?

My best friends are not interested in celebrity news…except Missy…lol…she really knew about latest celebrity news…and she blog it out…ya ya…she kinda lazy all the time to post updated celebrity new…lol…

But…with my exposure to Perez Hilton’s blog, I can say…finnaly I beat Missy in celebrity news…yipee!!…. Normally she is the one tell me about some actor/actress…which I’m not sure who are they…now I can tell her about the latest celebrity news…and I even ask her view those interesting ones….lol….no offend ya babe…kekek…I know you sure don’t mind me knowing more right?

Just found this video from a friend blog post… yaya…it was so last year’s video….but I just get to know it…suddenly was enlightened by the speech…

It is a very short speech..around 10 minutes only …

In this speech, he shared on why he still give his last speech even he is dying soon… He said he wish to leave the speech for 3 of his kids…

He also said: How you want to live your life? If you lead your life the right way, karma will take care of itself, the dreams will come to you. If you live properly, the dreams will come to you.

You can choose to be Tigger or Eeyore. Of cuz you have to be Tigger because Tigger is a energetic character and all he want is to have fun.

Simple advice from Dr Randy Pausch:

1. tell the truth
2. Good Apology (I’m sorry, it was my fault, how do I make it right?) Most people skip the last part.
3. wait and people will show their good side. Be patient to people. You need time to see the true colour of a person
4. show gratitude to people around you.
5. Don’t complain, just work harder. Complaining doesn’t solve problem

It is a short and simple video. It might not be that touching to some of you who doesn’t know about Dr Randy Pausch. Honestly I don’t as well. But I feel what he said is very true.

For me I think no one has a second chance to live our life and everyone has their own big dreams in their mind. What stops them from moving towards the dreams? Adult hood. When we grows older, we tend to step back from moving on as we are in our own comfort zone. We dare not leave our comfort zone so we never take action to make our dreams come true.

When you grow really old..then you start to whine…for what you have not done and what you might get IF you did pursue for your dreams. Why want to wait till you are old then whine about it? Why not take the first step to move on your life,  to live for your dreams?

How many of us really strike towards our own dreams instead of regretting it throughout our life?

What will you do to make your dreams come true? What actions have you taken to make sure your dreams come true?

Stop giving excuses to yourself that you cannot make it, that you are too old for pursuing your dreams. You are what you are. If your dream is to be a model and you are 28 now…then just try to pursue it…no harm trying…at least you go through the process… the result is not matter…If you really failed, at least you failed for trying..rather than regret later in your older age…This is specially dedicated to Sherine, my best friend. If you have your own dreams, do it now, stop doing your routine job which you lost your way… I felt so heart-broken to hear about your lifeless live. If you read this, please think what I really hope you to change ya..muaks…always love you babe

So if you keep telling yourself that you are not going to make it, then you will not. Believe yourself before other believe you can make it!

I am taking mine to stop myself from regretting later. Are you taking yours as well? If you haven’t, then why not move your big ass now??!!

Went to watch this in 3D Saturday..GSC Gurney is the only 3D cinema in Penang…and the price is RM 15 with RM 5 extra surcharge for the 3D glasses ….

I never been to 3D cinema before…it is my first time…

We reached at 11.30am…and the crown started to build in…wtf…jam at car park…jam at GSC ticketing counter….OMG! I even have to wait to collect my tickets cuz there are a lot of people….*phew*…anyway…it is Penang’s Governor’s Birthday…so it is a public holiday…that is why there are so many people…..

This Ice Age 3D shows are all taken…wow! Good thing ya?

Ok..back to the movie…erm..overall the movie is not as nice as Ice Age 1 and 2…not that funny anymore…but the 3D feel is awesome! I’m simply amazed by the 3D feel….you can really feel the object is in front of you and passing by….wow! Cool man!

1 word – AWESOME! You just have to try it out man!

I like Apple product when I first saw it…it is really cool to hold in my hand…but…the laptop is more for designer usage…and it is quite different from our Windows… I never have the chance to own one Mac…so..forget about it….

When ipod launch…I tried it before…and it was cool… the sound, the life span of the battery….it just feel so nice….again…I didn’t own it…cuz it is quite expensive for me at that time…

Now…with the launch of iPhone 3G….again…I fall for it deeply…then there comes iPhone 3GS…which is better than iPhone 3G…wow! Really great to hear that….

The best part is…it is only USD 199 for iPhone 3GS – 8GB and USD 299 for 16GB….I heard this on the news when they first launch iPhone 3GS….and the price for iPhone 3G will drop to USD 99….wow!! Can you believe it? After conversion is only MYR 800+

However, the good news is only for folks in US….Malaysian does not have the chance to own iPhone at such price…in Malaysia…the price is at least MYR 1.5k or more…and with just the phone itself, without any phone line attached, the price is much more expensive….*sigh*

This is just so bad for me…wanted to save money to buy also felt that it is not worth it to buy in Malaysia…ya ya…I can buy from US and crack it in Malaysia….I wish I could…but I have no friends that are there OR going there right now….sad sad…..

Ok.. movie series that I have been watching is kinda old Hong Kong series – 古灵侦探 not a bad show…funny….finally I get to finish it…phew…I saved it in my external hard disk for …I think is few months…don’t have time to watch it…sorry ya…I know la…I’m out-to-date…

Hmmm….kinda boring this few days…want to edit my blog’s template…to make it more personalize…this will need help from someone…lol…after done with my template…have to see whether the design suitable to add in another side bar…my current one just have one side bar…need to increase one more so that I can add in more plugin

Oh! I wanted to sync my twitter with my blog…but stupid me..upgrade my wordpress from wp 2.7.1 to wp 2.8….the twitter tools I installed in my wordpress doesn’t work…and I cannot edit my sidebar to add in the twitter tools!! Kinda frust….so I go google for help…which turns out…WP 2.8 still very new…need to wait the support team solve the bugs problem….then wait other people come out with WP 2.8 compatible twitter tools…then only able to sync it with my blog….*sigh*…. hopefully the problem solve asap…I really want to sync my twitter to my blog…*cry*

It is July 2009 now….half year gone….what have I achieve so far? Erm…so far…nothing….*sigh*…need to work harder already….cannot sleep so much d….but if not enough sleep…you will see my panda eyes and I will be walking like a zombie….so…I need to sleep….especially is soundless night….else I’ll still be zombie the next day… You wouldn’t want me to look like this right?
