Had a farewell dinner last last Saturday for my ex-colleague ~ HM… she left my ex-company and pursued her new job at another company now….

This was a late post cuz I want to collect all the pictures before posting it up

Oh ya… I forgot what’s the steamboat shop name… It’s a steamboat buffet opposite Menara Umno… hehehehe…. a lot of ppl there and it was a very warm place… sweat like siao lor! We chit-chatted a lot over there … hhehehe… 5 out of  10 of my ex-colleagues including me quitted over the past few months… wahhaha…. I never expect that would happen… well.. never judge right?

We made reservation for 12 ppl @ 6pm… it was still early by then… by 8pm there were people mountain people sea…

After that we went to Mois for second round… remember I post about the polis raid last last week?

It was HM, Chris &, Alysa’s first time… there were 10 of us include Steve & HM’s bf & friend.. so we ordered 2 open bottles that night which all of us can go in w/o cover charge… they have promotion when you ordered 2 at a cheaper price…

Anyway, when we just started to heat up… there was this stupid polis raid =_____=|||

I would said this was beginner’s luck.. lol…It was so long since my last visit to such place and I can say I never met such situation before lor… manatau so sui…. haih….the raid started 1.30am… and we waited for very long till our ICs were checked… it was 4.30am when all of our ICs got checked

Reached home 5am =____=||| totally died off cuz seriously I have never slept so late for at least 2yrs d…. slept till 6pm on Sunday…. hahhahha…..

I had a new hair cut on last Saturday!

Went for a free make up @ Sasa… then went for d new hair cut….. then met up with my ex-colleagues…

We had our early dinner @ Station One….

Food shared between d 3 of us… Lamb chop, chicken chop, cheese ball and football platters….

But main purpose was to talk la

Food so so only lor… quite ex also la….After dinner… we went for movie ~ The Expandables… nice show… my review here.

Next round after movie was coffee bean! Too much to talk with too little time… hehhehhe…..we talked from 8.30pm till midnight … I was sleepy by then cuz in the morning I went for hiking d ma…. hehehhe……

Even the coffee bean staff has to tell us they were closing d… heheehe…. so we got to leave by then…

But my ex-colleagues more geng… they went to Subaidah for their 3rd round ->supper… =____=||| I cannot tahan d…need to take my beauty-sleep d… else very “chan”

That’s it for my last Saturday … a nice, enjoyable & fruitful one

Got to say…Haih… so sad for my pictures…. too long I didn’t bring mySLR out d… d skills oso cha ki… need to sharpen d… sad…see d pictures I so sad….pictures were aweful… so please forgive me… *sob sob*

Ok.. back to this restaurant…. I never knew it really exist until my colleague told me about it… well… cuz I asked her where is nice in Penang which is not too expensive and the environment is good…. she recommended me this one… and ngam ngam friend also wanted to go this restaurant like long time ago… so good lo

It was Friday night… I have been trying to make a reservation from 5pm but the phone kept going to a fax machine. When I finally got it, the person on the other end said that they have been fully booked. She just asked me to go over and queue up for a seat =___=|||

The meet up with friend suppose to be 8pm… but I’m not too familiar with that place + scared of jam cuz it’s Friday so I went there earlier… reached there just 7.40pm and the place was full! I saw people lining up outside =_____=||| So I thought “cham d la… takan want to wait very long?” hmm…..and I can’t even find a parking space =____=||

Anyway, I found d place… queue up to get in… in the waiting line there was one family of 4 waiting… they didn’t make any reservation as well …. well… when the waitress or the lady-who-looks-like-a-boss came out saw me… asked me for the number of ppl dining… I said 2 and she got 1 empty table waiting! Yippeeee! No need wait for long… happy happy

Friend came in awhile….when I just want to start taking pictures….hehheheehee…..

The food was in western style…. and the price was quite reasonable for such place… bravo…

I ordered Carrot & Orange juice + black pepper chicken

Friend ordered Spaghetti carbonara set which comes with mushroom soup, lemon tea, and dessert… quite worth it lor… just add RM 4.90 can have the add-ons…. niceeee….

Lucky for us… we got a secluded place in the side room… thou still very noisy cuz the restaurant was full with people… but still a very nice place for us to talk… chit chat with friend till almost 10.30pm…hahhha….. no one left except us and another 4 teenagers…. lol….

It’s a cozy place to hang out with friends lo and the price of the food quite reasonable… no wonder so many people… hahhahaha…..

And sorry… no pictures of the human cuz I was underdress for this occasion + you can say that I forgot to snap myself … hahahhahhaa…. funny ler?

This was indeed a nice show…. filled with action, humour, bloody scenes…

The bloody scenes really very bloody lor…. like the blood just splashed out from nowhere… lol… u know… imagine you hit a watermelon and the juices just splashed to your face…. imagine it as blood… damn bloody right?

Sylvester Stallone really looks very old d lor…sure la…60+ d..sumore do such kickboxing movie =___=|||… and there wasn’t much scripts for Jet Li… not much of kicking scenes of him… and all those got kicking scenes one… all oso he lost ei… cheh! SO bad!

Anyway, still a nice movie to watch Should go watch this in the cinema

Yes, you saw the correct word… I woke up early on my Sunday to be a volunteer … helping aunties clean up the kitchen…. lol….

Sis asked me along to help out… well… alright la… gets to eat lots of food because the main purpose we – volunteers are there were to help out on the food preparation….

I didn’t manage to snap pictures because it seems not respectful to the aunties all… hehehe…. I only snap a pic for the nice early view

Anyway… it’s quite good to be a volunteer also… the feelings of helping someone in a way makes me feel satisfied for being a helpful human.. lol…. at least I did something good today … God will surely bless me with me as a good person today

On another unrelated matters… I bought Firm Up collagen drinks to try out! 3 boxes (1 box got 10 small 50ml bottles) free 3 x 2 50ml small bottles with RM 199 only… 1 bottle is like RM 5.50… first drink for 10days.. then only continue on alternate days…

I’m still trying the results.. so far I don’t know whether it has improved my skin or not… hehhee… I seriously don’t feel anything much…but I saw review some people will feel in on the first day =___=|| so geng meh?

Lets check me out after I finished all the 36 bottles… lol..

Just a short post…

This week was a sucking week for me… being a scapegoat for the upper management was never a happy thing… how can I be happy for being a scapegoat? *sigh*…

But anyway… the main point of this post is not about this…. it’s about me having a great dinner tonight….

It’s like a tiny little good news will also make me happy now… yes… I’m a very contented person… I can be happy very fast… and also sad very fast…

Anyway…. I have a very relaxing dinner… it’s an unexpected dinner invites… but at least it was enjoying…

Everything to be away from the reality-fake-person will just make me happy….

I’m glad that I have such a wonderful dinner tonight I will post another updates on tonight’s dinner…. nice environment.. nice food…

p/s: But when I reached home… I loaded my work emails… *sigh*… bad news…. hopefully I won’t get unwanted calls tomorrow …..

Yes, I have been sleeping from 5am till 6.30pm…. first time sleep till so late… lol…. which means my Sunday wasted in sleeping…

If mom didn’t wake me up… I think I’m still in bed till the next morning….

Well…. reason I’m sleeping so late because there was a polis raid @ Mois yesterday night… damn unlucky la…. first time kena polis raid… =____=||| the narkotic team came at 1.30am… our gang managed to go out at 4.30am…. reached home 5am… damn sien… sad…   first time I kena polis raid of all the time I went clubbing… *sigh*… should have gone Soi 11…

I think it’s been weeks since my last post on something emotional… guess when you are too free… you tend to think a lot… a lot of negative thoughts will crawl into your brain automatically…

Hmm….. where should I start? *sigh* too many things in my mind now… don’t know what to do, how to proceed, how to make my own dream come true, etc…

I was never a happy-go-lucky person… I should say I’m a negative person… well… I tried to throw away the negative thoughts… I do… I think everyone will have their own down time once in awhile… as long as you know when you should get up from the down side…

I have a friend… we were once very close when we were in UNI… as there was some incidents happened, she became a different person.. acted differently… so we stopped contacting each other… well… that’s not important anymore… we chatted in msn lately… and she asked about me for what happened to me over the years(basically we haven’t talk for at least 2 years)… erm…. that time I was quite emo… so she told me ” Ivy, you are a very independent person. You always show people the strong you but deep down inside you are not. You just need to clear off your mind and do what you think is right. ”

If you ask me, I never thought to be a very independent person. I’m just a simple girl hoping to go through a simple life. I forced myself to be strong and independent since young because I have no choice. Ever since dad passed away, things have never been easy. *sigh*… I’m thinking of the past again.. which I shouldn’t ….

Back to my emo thoughts on this Sunday afternoon…

Yesterday night I went for movie ~ Salt… it was supposed to be a very good night.. and it was great until I got phone calls in the middle of the show. As I don’t have the phone number in my phone list, I just ignored it. Well… of course you will ignore it especially you are in a movie. After 3 missed calls… I received a sms. I didn’t check it till the show ended.

It was totally a big turned off… I was asked to follow up on my work.. on a Saturday night… and must respond to the person asap. I was like “WTF! It’s Saturday. and even if I really need to check or ask, I can only do so on Monday cuz Sunday all the offices are closed”…

Ya ya… I know work is like that. but because of this I didn’t sleep till 2am… not to say I’m settling my job stuff… but too many things caught in my mind… this incident really made me think a lot…

A lot like what I really want in my life… Ok… basically I know what I want… just that I didn’t make a move on persuing it…

When I’m motivated, I will be very excited to do what I wanted to … but the next day… I will slow down the pace… is like I’m going back to my own comfort zone… many people also like that… rather stay in their comfort zone and don’t move on….

It’s bad… I know. I shouldn’t be. *sigh*

Many times, we thought of what we want and dreamt about it day and might… but when it comes to the real situation, things might be different… it might be the other way round of what we thought…

*sigh*… I’m talking crap whole day d… alright .. time to cut it off. Got to find back the spirit. Tomorrow will be another busy day.
