After my photo session at Protestant Cemetery… I headed down to Soul Kitchen ~ Lebuh Muntri …. it’s along Blue Mansion’s road… but if you didn’t look carefully, you might missed it…

Their drinks menu is just a piece of paper

And their food menu is on the board…

I ordered Papaya Orange Juice as suggested by many people….

As for the sharing food… we ordered 1. Tramezzini Sandwich with tuna as the filling….

2. Their famous Tiramisu

>> very nice indeed… thou I didn’t really into tiramisu.. but it was pretty nice… thumbs up! only problem is… it was a bit too small piece la

3. Salami Pizza

Overall food quite nice .. but portion bit too small nia….and the place was quite small too… can only fit 3 tables inside and 3 tables outside… 

However it is definitely a cozy place lor… hehehe…..

I always wanted to go to this Protestant Cemetery to take pic when I saw the wedding photos taken there were really nice…missed my chance when Sher went there with her colleagues…

So this round… drag my friend along on 1Malaysia day since I don’t know the way + we were off also…… wakkaka… and I prayed for a Sunny day.. turned out it was way too hot! >.<

End up, it is just situated directly opposite 32 Mansion… I didn’t know that… =_____=|| Si pek sua pa… cheh!

Anyway, let’s cut the crap and see the pictures…

The big thing about this cemetery ~ Francis Light, The founder of Penang Free School and some other famous historical people were burried there.

There were at least hundreds of tombs cannot be named as they were too old already…

Most of them died at young age….

Some of the tombs already broken… but luckily got people maintained the wording on the tombs… so they are still in good condition…

Soooooooo hot that day…..friend said I prayed too much d till too hot =_____=||| … but if raining cannot snap pic ma… so ma si ask for a sunny day lor

There is a small Catholic Cemetery in this Protestant Cemetery…

Mom wanted to eat Japanese food…. so off we went to Gurney for Japanese food + shopping…

Saw this new Japanese shop ~ Koi Japanese in Gurney New Wing… that shop used to be Jurin Japanese shop…

We saw the new menu seems delicious…. so we decided to dine in there…

While waiting for the food… baby played with his new puzzle

When the first dish came… we just ate it… turned out that dish we didn’t order… lol… but we ate 4pcs d… lol… so.. compliment on the house… hehehe…

The real dishes we ordered:

>> Kiddy meal… the last to come on all the ala carte food we ordered… we wish to cancel the order at first.. but when we canceled… the food was ready… >.<

>> The sashimi not nice… the fish too thick on their sizes all… eat till very geli… not nice…

Another food post… been posting so much on food lately… lol…

Had my dinner at Oriental Seafood with aunties & uncles on last Saturday…. ….  But I can say… the food that night wasn’t that nice compare to the time I had my first dinner at Oriental…

As usual… there were red wine for this dinner:

>> This one doesn’t taste nice… just like water nia… no good

First dish: Sharkfin’s soup!

>> Doesn’t taste nice at all!!! The taste felt so weird… aunties they all said should be the vinegar… hmm… weird… -1 for this dish…

Second dish: Claypot fish + bittergourd

>> This one quite nice… so +1 for the food….

Third one: Mixed vege + macademia nuts

>> The last time we ordered this tasted nicer… this round not so nice d… hmm…. but still ok la… so… consider +1 lor…

Fourth dish: Fried prawn

>> +1 for this… hehhee…

Fifth dish: Fried sotong

>> Not nice at all… too much flour… -1

Sixth dish: steam fish

>> Just normal steam fish… so no score for this.. lol…

Seventh dish: Grilled crab…

>> This one still ok lo.. still maintain d quality… heheeh… +1 for this

Eighth dish: Stir fried chicken wing

>> Sure +1 for this la… I’m a chicken wing lover lai ei ma… lol…. even how bad it is… It will still meet my standard… lol…

Last dish: Black pepper Deer’s meat

>> erm… too salty… not nice at all and the meat taste’s just like normal pork nia… -1

5 x +1,  4 x -1  and 1 x 0 score for the total 10 dish… …. hehehe…

Lam back for Raya holiday… it was a rush meet up cuz she was busy preparing her wedding…

We helped her out on her wedding stuff…. she got lots of small small preparation to do…

First stop ~ Buying wedding stuff:

>> There were so many minor stuff that need to prepare… omfg! Lam said all these tiny tiny stuff all cost a lot of $$$… hehehehe…. marriage is once in a life time ma… that’s why everyone also will buy even it’s expensive… heheh…

And this shop we went, Lam did survey d… their wedding stuff sold in wholesale price… retail will be much more expensive…

Second stop ~ Event planner….

Didn’t snap pictures of that… Lam just went there confirm the design with the event planner…

Third stop ~ Tea @ Ocean Green…. suppose want to go Gurney one… but Lam don’t want … and she suggested Ocean Green….

We share share for the food…. we ordered #1: their famous baked cheese crab… RM 10 for each of the crab

The food quite ok la…not that pricy…almost like hawker centre’s price… I don’t mean the seafood la… I meant the fried tang hoon & tofu… they even have abalone… lol…Sher asked Lam want to order? Only RM 380… lol…Lam said she no $$$… we said nvm.. got CC can d.. lol…

Fourth stop ~ Lighting…

Lam needs to get table lamp for her wedding room… we search for few lighting shops…we only found it on the third shop… lol… lucky we found it…else need to go till Gurney there d…

No pictures of inside the lighting shops … only can have Camwhore pic with Sher while waiting for Lam paid up her lights:

Last but not least ~ Shopping at Prangin Mall! But didn’t find any suitable dress for Lam’s wedding >.<

A lot of shops closed down d lor… then not many nice clothes d… sien…..

Then I got to rush for my dinner with aunties & uncles… stay tuned for my next post ~!

It’s food time again! Yay!

Went for western dinner on first day of Raya…. I wanted to go Little Cottage 1 in town.. but the shop wasn’t open… so has to go to Waterfall one…

Friend and I haven’t tried it out before… so we just check it out … bro-in-law + sister + mom said that the food there quite nice la…

The environment quite cozy… but not many people dine in that night…. I wonder where all the people go? Hmm….

>> I ordered their special Little cottage Mocktail…. taste like orange + lime… hehee….

As for main course, I ordered chicken ham spaghetti… ya ya.. I’m a spaghetti-lover… no la… the main course portion~ chicken/fish/lamb/beef was quite big… so I didn’t order it…

Friend ordered creamy Fettuccine:

The food… I felt is so so only… and it was quite pricy to certain extend…

Overall… ok la… cannot complain much.. hehehe…

Afterthat… continue next round for drinking session… wanted to go 32 mansion… but it was closed!!! >.<

We took a round in town area… don’t know where to go…. so decided to drop by at QE II… it was ladies night… I was suppose to get my free drinks… hehehehe…. but it was raining that night…. so we cannot sit take the seating near the sea… and they also limit us to sit near the bar which has a few customers around there already…

Hmm…since the environment not that friendly… so we changed to another location which is Flamingo!

Ya I know the drink there was much more expensive cuz is under hotel one.. but the environment quite nice la… not many people also… I mean the outside at the balcony there … hehehe….

There goes my public holiday on Raya Day 1 … happy happy

Yes, I’m off today…. happy nia~! Woke up early in the morning to prepare for my day out. Nah…. cannot sleep

Going off to take some pictures @ cemetry and will be tasting new food for lunch & dinner… will update once pictures are ready!

Talk about food.. I have been updating lots about food lately… hmm….. do you feel bored a? I just know if I kept eating like that with no exercise then I sure fat fat lor

Anyway, enjoy ya holiday ya! For those of you are working today, it’s alright cuz tomorrow is Friday d. Everyone loves Friday isn’t it? Yay!

Happy 1Malaysia Day~!

That day saja walked walked at Gurney with mom & sis…. passed by Crocs shop…. Mom always favour Crocs shoe… she wanted to buy a pair which is similiar with sis’s one… but that one is a old model and no longer available on store…

Mom saw a pair quite nice shoe in there…. sis saw the same one… lol….

And I saw this one:

>> It’s really very cozy… and it’s made of cotton…

The shoe actually is on sales… and when we purchase the second pair will get additional 20% off… 3rd pairs will get additional 25% off… on the 4th pairs onwards will get flat additional 30% off… and with Citibank credit card will get a free Crocs bag… niceee…

So d 3 of us bought a pair for each of us… on Mom’s account … Thanks mommy! muaks~!

Next… brought Darren to Toy~R~Us… it’s his birthday… so need to choose present for him….

But.. at the same time… I bought spongebob DVD… say me childish but I really love spongebob

In the end… didn’t really get something for baby… so just got him a simple wood puzzle + short plastic gun…
