Ok… back to the food…. each of the main course you ordered… you can add on RM 8 to be a set lunch/dinner… the set got include mushroom soup + drink (any of the drinks) + dessert (Ice-cream)…
B.Sim ordered mushroom soup + classic chocolate:

>> B.Sim said the mushroom soup too buttery… not nice… then classic chocolate not sweet enough… lol… probably need to put more sugar then… lol…
Grace ordered kimchi noodle + ice mocha:

Whereby for me… I ordered fried Singapore bihun + Strada chocolate where they put 1 marshmallow inside… both Grace & I we ordered set… but I don’t think is worth it…

The food wasn’t nice… Grace’s kimchi noodle was exactly the kimchi instant noodle nia… >.<

How to make an easy cheese cake?
Yes, you are right! I’m gona share my easy cheese cake recipe today! Yay!
This was my first time to do cheese cake… kakkaka……
First… get all the ingredients ready:

- 1 x plain flavour yougurt… I use Nestle
- 1 x butter … I use buttercup
- 1 x pack Marie Biscuit…. I can’t find Tai Hong’s brand… so I just simply choose Lee’s brand….
- 1 x Seasoned peaches in Tin
- 1 x Philedalphia Cheese
- 1 x Gelatin … only 4 tea spoon needed
First part…. is to prepare the based….
a. You got to smash the Marie biscuit cuz it took more time

b. Next.. melt your butter after you have done with the marie biscuit…

c. After that pour the melted butter onto the smashed marie biscuit and mixed it nicely…. press it to the container + flattened it and put in the fridge for 2 hours…

Second part… the cheesy toping part…
a. Cut the peaches into cubes

b. Melt the philadelphia cheese

>> it was pretty hard to melt it… so I straight away add in the yogurt & mixture of gelatin
c. the mixture of gelatin ~ You mix up the 4 table spoon with half yogurt cup of hot water…
d. Next you add in the peaches

d. Pour the topping onto your based and put it into the fridge for 8 hours

Tada! My cheese cake! Looks nice ler… can put it to sale d… wakakkaka….

I would say… the based was a bit too thick… and was a it crispy… hehehe… but if eat together with the cheesy part… then it’s still ok… lol… bua pai seh…hahhahaa…..
Overall, I’m still satisfied with the result cuz this is my first time making cheese cake ler… aiyo.. consider ok d la (self-an-wei) …lol….

Comments received for my guinea pig of my cheese cake ~ Too salty (haih…the butter lor… I also didn’t put salt), too yogurt taste & cant taste d cheese (Ok.. next time I put less yogurt)
.. overall… need improvement… kakkka…..

Full Moon & SugarBunnies
It was 15th of Chinese Lunar Calendar… a friend smsed me and asked me take the full moon pictures with my SLR… that night I was too tired to do so…. and I didn’t bring my SLR out..
On 17th of Chinese Lunar Calendar morning… I got ready for work very early… but when I drove out of my house.. I saw the moon still so beautiful….. and I got my compact in my bag all the time… so I got out my compact and snap a quick pic of the beautiful full moon

Next…. is on the SugarBunnies I bought from MCD… forgot to post it up after I took the pictures… lol…

I saw these SugarBunnies in MCD website… so I went to buy it after work… they have 4 designs which I bought 2 only…

Turned out the quality was damn bad…well… what can I say right? It’s only a FOC soft toy when you buy happy meal… but if you want to buy it w/o getting the happy meal, it’s RM 3 each….
