I have once again bling some of my stuff… this time I have added decoden on them… lol. but I don’t dare to bling my new handphone anymore… scared later it got angry then don’t want to work anymore then I really headache again….

This time I added bling + decoden to 3 things ~ A mirror (for a friend’s wedding), a name card holder (still thinking who to give) and a Nokia handphone cover (for sister’s handphone)…

On the other hand, Darren’s babysitter’s daughter invited sister and family to her wedding. Definitely Darren was invited as well. Sister bought a nice tuxedo for him. Look at his handsome look:

He has grown up so much!  

Mom said she want to eat korean food when I asked her what she want to eat for mother’s day celebration… so I suggested that we should try Korea Palace since we haven’t try it before… and ate Daorae till sien d… so… ma si try this out…

>> Damn fat la me.. need go slimming d…

I went to have lunch at Korea Palace with colleagues on Friday before Mother’s day’s weekend… I had their lunch set… not bad la… cuz that time not that many customers…

So I made reservation for Mother’s day dinner…. and requested for a private room….

We turned up there at 8pm…it was full house… super full with one or two families waiting….

I wanted to make my order… asked for the service twice… on the third request only got people come to serve us… ok… fine…

Ordered Kimchi Stew, 2 BBQ pork – one seasoned soy sauce, one seasoned red pepper…

Waiting for the food…the appetizers served after like awhile… but also need to wait 15 min…

Next came the Kimchi Stew… quite fast after the appetizers being served… but I have to request for the soup bowl for like 10000 zillion times… still no bowl =___=||| they said not yet wash on the last request >.< WTF!!!!!

In awhile they served us steam egg… compliment of the house… I have to say.. this one tasted better than Daorae one…. the only food better than Daorae

Then waited for the BBQ… also need me go ask them about our BBQ… they only realized they missed out our BBQ >.< wtf!

By the time we finished everything…. it was almost 10pm =___=||| so freaking slow la!!!

Arghhhh!!!!

To me…. Comparing the service, food, taste and price for Korea Palace and Daorae:

1. Service:

Korea Palace’s service damn sucks… not enough employee then employ more la! wtf!

Which Daorae is way better… they have more staff and more attentive staff…

2. Food:

Korea Palace: The complimentary steam egg is nice. BBQ also not bad. But the Kimchi Stew not super nice… very watery…

Daorae: The last tried BBQ wasn’t that satisfiying…the Kimchi Stew also very watery…. complimentary steam egg also watery…

3. Price:

Korea Palace and Daorae almost have the same price…

So far for me… I won’t be going to Korea Palace Crystal Point the second time… first impression wasn’t nice at all… service sucks! DON’T EVER GO THERE!

Darren ate before our food was being served… so he was too free when our food being served… he played with the tissue paper and threw it all on the floor. Caught him in action!  >.<

Last but not least… bought a Swatch red watch for mom.. forgot to snap pic so… now I’m officially broke again

Some rojak updates from me.. with pictures this time.. lol…but I didn’t manage to edit my pic with P.S.. my stupid IBM load too slow d…

1. Went for a Japanese Food lunch on Friday at Tsuruya – I-Avenue for my colleague’s birthday celebration. erm… It’s my first time there… d environment quite cozy… I ordered Tepanyaki BBQ chicken set… not bad lo…

2. Night meet up with uni friend at OXO Queensbay… didn’t see them after so long.. lol

I ordered Cheese Mussels + squid + onion ring… Sze Loon ordered duno-what-chicken…. Shoo Hooi ordered duno-what set… lol… I can only say… the food portion very little… and not very very nice… not that worth to eat there… That’s us!

3. Got a very cute farewell gift from my ex-colleague… it was really thoughtful of her I put it in my car….

4. got some bling bling at home… so thought of blinging my mirror and also ipod Shuffle which will be sent to a friend as a gift… since I promised to send her last time.. so I sent her after I blinged it… and since I got some extra bling left.. and I don’t want to keep it.. so I bling my car key’s device… it was not perfect cuz I used the left over to bling it.. lol…

It took me 3 days to finish up my mini mirror… but some of the blings got off d… need to fix them again…

5. went to night market last week… bought 3 pairs of socks… Darren say it and he wanted to wear it… look at his cheeky face… lol…It’s been awhile since I post anything bout him…

6. Went for a facial at Herbaline Greenlane… their facial package included fish spa… look at the fish sticking on my leg =__=|||

Went back to Taiping on a day trip to pray ancestors… just a very short one.. didn’t even visit my relatives… just went back pray guan yim and grandfather then back home d…

We went to this place where they got very nice seafood porridge.. very nice one ler! Everytime we went Taiping sure went to eat this..

A post specially dedicated to my baby Darren… he has changed so much from the day he came to this world till now, which is 2 years, 3 months and 5 days old…

Gosh! He has just grown up soooooo fast!

But.. he is always a pain in my ass… he loves to make me angry (which makse me hate kids so much now >.<)… he loves to do things that adults don’t allow him to do on purpose (like throw things everywhere, beat people, vivi aka pee without telling us, eat unhealthy food – chocolate, play with water – this is the latest favourite from him, etc)… the list is never ending…He just drives me crazy!!

He still doesn’t know speak fluently.. just words by words… I believe he knows a lot of things and words… he just doesn’t want to speak nicely… naughty him…

But he is a gem in our family..gem in his father and mother’s heart.. gem in grandma’s heart, gem in those auntie and uncles’ heart in temple, gem in his babysitter’s heart… and nonetheless, gem in his closest auntie -> which is MY heart as well…

Tho I always grumble about his bad behavior…but there is no doubt that I love him very much… anyhow, he is the first and only one small child at home..

I was really busy lately till I don’t even have time to take our my camera to snap his pic… so sorry ya bb… promise I will snap more…

P/S: For those of you thought he is my bb, ya, he is. But I didn’t carry him for 10 months only *blek* He is my only bb. That is why I won’t think of carrying my own in anytime in the future.

Went to have Haagen Dazs with sister, baby and bro-in-law on the Sunday before sis went back to Tabuk…I’m collecting points to upgrade my card so I dragged her along.. lol…

But baby was sooooo happy … sure la! Gets to eat the best ice-cream in the world wor…he even drank d whole glass of water (where normally he doesn’t like to drink water)… again… sure la! first: it was a cold water… second: got lemon taste in it… not the normal plain water with no taste at all… at least got the lemon taste that makes the water become not so “plain” … lol…

Today baby’s face suddenly swollen. Mom said this morning wasn’t so serious…but just now was soo serious till mom kept grumbling there… >.< Not sure he got bitten by what… or allergy to what food or what ever la..

This post was supposed to come out last week..but I was really too busy hanging out with sis and I still got at least 10 more post for my Australia trips >.<…

Some bad news first:

Sister suggested for a holiday @ Langkawi on August 2009… I’m supposed to book the hotel online… this particular night, I placed the order online via the hotel’s website… but connection got problem… so the website hung for a while… but the order went through and my credit card was charged as well… I called to the hotel to have a check, they said they can’t view any online information if I just placed my order.. need to wait 48 hours… erm…alright… since I got the email notification.. then is alright… probably call back again… which I didn’t … and I also didn’t notice the check-in date was wrong. Yes! It is freaking wrong! I didn’t know that till I want to check-in…

So how? Pay for the rooms again la @_@ Damn it! Damn sui la… Garden view Deluxe room with discounted price also RM 147 per room…. lucky the person-in-charge gave me the discounted price… else I’m gona hang myself… even with RM 147 x 2 (cuz we ordered 2 Deluxe rooms)… so I have to fork out RM 294… damn sui la…

Ok…there goes the bad news…continue back to my holiday… a short get-away with my family…

We took a boat from Penang to Langkawi… I have to say… it sucks… felt so dizzy and nausea from Penang to Langkawi… >.<

We rented a Naza Citra … cost us RM 160 until the next day 5pm… >.< expensive la… but what to do? no car d..

By the time bro-in-law settled the paper works for the car rental, it was almost 1pm d… so we drove to Underwater World there to have our lunch…

>> Baby was busy drinking the cold fruit juice.. I also forgot to snap the pictures of our lunch… waited too long for the food d… and it was just malay mamak food.. so didnt really have the urge to snap it.. lol…

After lunch, we went to Underwater World… for RM 28 (Mykad holder).. I can say it was really worth the view… compared to the AQWA I went in Perth Australia (which I will blog about it soon)..

>> They have a lot of different animals in here… penguin, seal, otter, stingray, turtle, live corals, clown fish, etc…

>> Tested different shutter speeds again.. lol…

Baby was kinda tired already.. so headed to our hotel… check-in with extra RM 294 charges… reason please view above…

Oh ya! We stayed in Awana Porto Malai hotel..the environment was very nice…cozy and simple… Deluxe room got 2 queen size beds.. niceee

Baby took his afternoon nap…so did we…

After he woke up, we went to have our dinner and shopped for some souvenirs…

The next day.. we woke up around 8 in the morning.. thought of bringing baby for a swim… but the weather wasn’t very good…had been raining from 8-10am.. >.<

So we packed our things ready to check out.. we took pictures in the hotel balcony and room.. then walked to the back of the hotel for photo taking…

Since the rain stopped… sis wanted baby go to play water…he loved water very much…look at his happy face… cuz the laugh was so precious, I posted all up one by one without editing it..

Since we got a lot of time left till we boarded the boat… so we went for some final shopping.. sis bought lots of chocolate for her Arab friends…

Took the boat back to Penang @ 5.30pm… reached Penang 8.30pm >.< damn slow la!

There goes my weekend ..tiring but enjoyable….
