Day 2… woke up at 10 something… went out almost 1pm d…

We went to Sunway Giza… Lam said there got lots of boutique which sells lots of cheaper clothes…

But need to find food first… We saw this Korean food restaurant… saja go in and tested it out:

The 3 of us shared the BBQ… this shop very nice…can just order 1 type of BBQ… so we just ordered 1 pork bbq, 1 kimchii-jjirae…

They also got free steam egg… yay~!

Lam said wana try the korean rice wine… so we ordered it… but it wasn’t nice…

After this lunch + tea… we started our shopping journey… didn’t manage to snap pic on my shopping spree… cuz too busy to walk up and down… lol…

Didn’t really buy a lot… just got 2 dress, 1 scaft, 1 bag for mom, a clutch ( cuz 70% … just RM 17 nia… so ma si bought it lor)… lol…

Can’t remember where we had our dinner… lol…

The next day… before we headed back Penang… we went to Maid Cafe Klang for our brunch before headed to the bus station

I ordered the soup-in-bread…. not nice at all cuz the soup too little and the bread too big… >.<

There goes my weekend in Klang & KL…

Alright… this round Sher and I went down to KL to find Lam after she’s back from her honeymoon…

Well.. it’s more like a girl hang out weekend…

We took Thursday night bus… reached Klang already midnight… went for supper.. then talked till late night only sleep…

The next day was a shopping day~!

First stop: Midvalley~!

I love Midvalley this year Xmas decoration.. it was covered with soft toys!!! And they were all soooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute & huge~!

When we reached Midvalley it was 2pm… and all the car parks were full! Bloody hell~! But lucky us… we just drove into exit H and ngam ngam got 1 person left the place.. lucky us….

First thing we saw was this ice-cream… Sher got attracted to it… so she bought 1 cup with 3 scoops to share…

It was quite costly lor… 1 cup 3 scoops cost Sher RM 17++… more ex than Baskin Robins & Haagen Dazs >.<

I just love Midvalley… don’t you love the decoration as well?

Especially this humongous teddy bear… wow~! I wonder how much does it cost… so huge! If I got a mansion.. I think I can have this in my room… niceeeee…

Then we went to have our lunch + tea time at Sushi Zanmai…

Haih… we had caviar sushi… which we don’t have in Penang… and I don’t get to snap a picture on it… sad…..

Then afterthat Benny met us up… we shop around… till the end with the exhausted feeling.. I got nothing.. haih… sad…

We went to a chinese restaurant in The Garden for dinner…under Benny’s recommendation… forgot the chinese name d… haih… no pictures on that as well… super sad…

Headed back Klang…

Slept at 2am again… cuz babes needed whole night to talk… lol….

Tropical Spice Garden… is one of the famous place in Penang for lovely couples to take their wedding pictures there… but normal people will also go la… good for family to mix around as you can bring your kids there to learn about the flora & fauna which can’t be found easily nowadays…

I always wanted to go there for photo taking… but then never really has the chance.. and I have been making noise to go here for several times… hehehe… finally my friend agreed to bring me there… which I didn’t expect… and I din bring my SLR along…>.< so… all the photos below taken with my Sony TX1 compact… 

There wasn’t many people that day.. although it was a public holiday… only a few families with kids … a couple taking their wedding pictures… and us …

The entrance fee is RM 14 for each adult… they also provided “chang mao oil” for us to put on our hands and legs to prevent mosquitoes bite…

I love this picture most although the small boat already floaded with water… almost half sink…

Mostly the pictures here were more on natural view… no human.. hahhaha… friend was force to bring me here… so… no mood take pictures of human …

There was a Spice Museum in there… small small one… just some information provided there only.. not really that informative thou…

They also have one souvenir shop in here… which they have spices packed under Tropical Spice Garden’s name… but I have to say they were quite costly lor… hahah… more for tourist one…

The spices arrangement below almost same like the Spice Market’s arrangement in Rasa Sayang Restaurant…

And I saw Vanila-in-bottle:

Say me katak-di-bawah-tempurung… I really don’t know vanila looks like this… sumore is black in colour.. cuz the normal vanila we used for baking is in while colour one..>.<

Anyway…. the entrance fee quite expensive lo… nothing much to see…. and the map cost RM 5 / piece which friend said they should give it for free … >.<

P/S: It was an eye opening and good experience for me… now I won’t be making noise of wanted to go there d since I’m there b4 d…

Day 2… Show you all my camwhore pic 1st.. My attire of the day:

Woke up 7am in the morning!!! >.< The only reason we all woke up so early cuz my smart Darren woke up so early… and he woke everyone up >.<

So … we cannot sleep back… have to get ready for breakfast then… =____=|| Soooo sleepy

After breakfast… it’s around 10am… we checked out from our hotel cuz we will be heading down hill… so we won’t be coming back to Brinchang anymore…

Stopped by a cactus shop for some pictures:

There were a lot of flowers, cactus, vases, souvenirs in this shop…

We also stopped for vege + strawberry near Equatorial Hotel there….. but didn’t snap pic

Last stop -> my favourite of all! Actually I have never been to this SG Palas Tea Plantation.. I just google it out cuz sis said wana go (she saw 1 local chinese show and she said it’s very nice)… all the tea farm I went before doesn’t fit her description… so I went to google for more info…

I can say… the road to this SG Palas Boh Tea Plantation is very challenging… the road so small and got certain blind spot you can never know whether there is incoming cars or not >.< A bit like Teluk Bahang hill road to Balik Pulau town… si pek dangerous lor…

Fret not~! We got a good driver here -> me! ….lol….ya la… *beh paiseh mode on*.. *shy*

When we finally reached, the view was magnificient! All the thoughts on the dangerous road has been temporary forgotten. I love this place… Although they made it very commercialize… but then.. it was undeniable the view was great~!

Again… Darren was sleeping… so we have to take turn to snap pic again >.<

We didn’t stayed for long because Darren was sleeping… so we just snapped a few pic and headed back home d…

On the way down… sis wanted to buy the 3-in-1 Stawberry Chocolate… and we saw this new Chocolate shop… so we stopped by to check it out… at the same time Darren was awoke from his sweet dream…so we decided to have our lunch there as well…

I can say the shop looks very nice… of cuz la! New one ma! But then nothing special on the chocolate… they sell the packaging only… not the taste… and after the packaging.. the price also much more expensive for double or maybe triple >.<

Besides this Avant Chocolate , there was a new shop as well… GreenView Garden… same like Avant Chocolate.. but they got sell food… snacks..

And since we were there… so we might as well ordered our food… and it’s quite costly …

This meal worth RM 70+ >.<

It was raining on n off when we were on our way home…. I think I went there so many times.. everytime also such weather one… I wonder why huh? Hmm….

Reached home almost 5pm… super tiring =____=|||

Journey started by me being the driver of this trip… drove all the way up to Cameron Highland using Simpang Pulai exist from Penang!!! Erm… actually everytime if I go Cameron normally oso I drive ei la Went there so many times also I drove ei… nothing special liao

This round went with family except bro-in-law didn’t join us cuz he was on his company trip to Medan (so niceeeee) …. So whole car all ladies + my naughty+cheeky Darren

We reached there almost 12 noon cuz Darren puked in the car … erm… cuz he kept bouncing around in the car then beh tahan n vomit … >.<  Then after that he tired liao ma si fell asleep lor…

In order not to wake him up… I have to keep driving >.< So ended up the first stop was at Cameron Valley on the far far end (After Tanah Rata one)…

It was drizzling at the time we reached…

We will have to take turns to wait at our car cuz Darren was still sleeping at that time…

So we got to take turn to snap pic as well   After awhile Darren woke up.. we got to snap pic together!

Next… it’s lunch time~! We stopped our car at our hotel and walk to the nearby coffee shop for our lunch…

It was situated at Brinchang town… there wasn’t many cars or people in town at that time… oh~! cuz it was Friday! lol…

We ordered vege + rice…

Then… time to check in our hotel ~ Hotel Rosa Pasadena…

Personally I felt this hotel quite nice… cuz it’s in Brinchang Town and I have stayed there twice d… so far nothing to complain la.. this time the room was bigger compared to the last time when I stayed there with my besties

Another reason for choosing hotel in Brinchang is because I wanted to go the night market… the last time I stayed at country lounge (also in Brinchang Town) was totally a bad experience… the heater spoiled.. the room very small and old… yucks… not a good idea to stay there…

Since it was still early… and Darren just woke up not long ago… we went for our next stop ~ Big Red Stawberry Farm nearby our hotel… but still need to drive there la cuz it’s not within walking distance

Darren enjoyed himself very very much… he saw this ball throwing machine… insisted on playing and we bo juat have to let him play.. else he will be throwing tantrum >.<

I saw this nice hat there everytime I went Cameron.. but I never have the thought of buying it home… just want to snap pic

We ordered drinks there and enjoy the nice weather there.. so relaxing…

Mom: Butterhead juice ~ very refreshing and nice… but a bit bitter… I saw they actually mixed the juice with sprite to make it tastier … niceee…

And Darren definitely enjoyed himself to the max with his stawberry ice-stick:

I love Big Red Strawberry farm most cuz of these hydroponic vege~!

The best thing was… these hydroponic vege was soooo freaking cheap!!! I can get RM 5 for 3 big bushes… whereby you can only get 2 mini-bush-packed-in-a-box for RM 5 in Cold Storage/Jusco. Damn ex la! Opps… my auntie instinct came out d… shhh… don’t tell anyone I’m so auntie

But then… for real la… these vege quite worth the buy lo… but then remember bring ice box up to keep these vege.. cuz they can spoil very easy once reach our normal temperature =____=||| whereby mine spoiled all for our fridge too cold >.<

After this… we went back to our Hotel for nap… I thought of going to the night market for some snack.. but then raining… >.< so I oso nap la

We got ready by 6pm… went for our dinner first before we headed to the night market…

Our dinner ~ Definitely Charcoal Steamboat buffet~!

It’s only RM 12/pax… I also ordered Carlsberg… shared with mom & sis… steamboat + Carlsberg + cold weather = niceeeee to the max!

Sold lots of things… from dry food to clothes, to stawberry, to cactus, to vege, to fruits, to toys, to….. etc… etc….

Oh ya~! Do bear in mind that this night market only opens on Friday and Saturday.. .. if you plan to pay them a visit, make sure you do it on Fri/Satur…

It was indeed a tiring day… we all slept at 10pm … phew… totally dozed off once I hit the bed

Stay tuned to my next day in Cameron… I will bring you to the best tea plantation in Cameron ~ SG Palas Boh Tea Plantation~! Best in the view & best in the winding road (need to have very good driving skills)

Went back to Taiping on a day trip to pray ancestors… just a very short one.. didn’t even visit my relatives… just went back pray guan yim and grandfather then back home d…

We went to this place where they got very nice seafood porridge.. very nice one ler! Everytime we went Taiping sure went to eat this..

Went home after lunch.. reached Penang around 3pm.. phew… so tired and so hot!!!

Went to Cameron with besties on 7-Nov-09 … so long didn’t go on a holiday trip with them… actually I wanted to go Hat Yat.. but Lam Lam went there like thousands times d…so… I suggested Cameron to them… both Lam Lam and Sher never been to Cameron since primary school… well.. I went there a couple of times d.. mostly was for their cheap vegetables + flowers… hehe….nothing much to see there…

Serviced my car for this trip… cuz mine was d newest of them all but the stupid EON Service cost me a fortune… T.T … totally broke before going up to Cameron… *sad*

Anyway… it was a good day to go Cameron… Sun shining brightly… only drizzling the whole day… no heavy rain pour…nice enough

The funny thing was that… both Sher & Lam tried to pluck one of the flowers back to Penang cuz it was really very special…but they couldn’t find the root of the flower… lol…

Next… shopping time!Don’t know the shop name…but everytime I went to Cameron I sure would stop by this shop…they sold lots of things in there…from cactus to flowers to vases to keychains to etc etc… lol…

We even stopped by bee farm… but I just couldn’t find a way into the bee farm after they have renovated the whole building.. it became more commercialize… >.<

We reached Brinchang town around 2pm with all the stops… then found our Hotel -> Hotel Rosa Passadena

#14 Nice hotel… they even have rooms for 3 .. cool! Include 3 buffet breakfast only RM 210/night…not bad lor… We booked direct with the hotel without going through agencies.. which will be much more expensive… I checked online d

#15 Very the expensive la! And the shop keeper cheated us on the vege…she said is asparagus.. which turned out is just normal long beans… >.< This meal cost us RM 40 >.<

After lunch we rest in the hotel cuz too tired d… and we were getting ready for the night market! Yipee!We didn’t go to Tanah Rata cuz it was quite far… 

#17 I have to say this… both Lam Lam and Sher acted like aunties in this trip… I had a good laugh… they bargained, they chose the best deal… lol… really need to choose the best…but cuz there were too many stalls… so they just bought when they felt like buying.. didn’t really compare.. but the way they choose the fruits and potato really funny… lol…

We just simply bought some food from night market as our dinner… and we slept at 10pm ok?! So tired… lol..

Oh ya! We ate jagung for our dinner also.. Lam Lam wanted to steam her jagung cuz she didn’t want to eat it fresh .. whereby Sher and I ate the raw ones… this only applies to Cameron Pearl Jagung ya… don’t try it on normal jagung.. later you “lau sai” or stomach ache I don’t know

Next day we woke up quite early.. around 7am… >.< Gosh! Both of them couldn’t sleep… so we went for an early breakfast…

After breakfast we went to the hydroponic farm which I love most!

Enjoyed myself so much on this trip… it’s been so long since I last went on a trip with them…miss having them around…

I wonder when will be the next trip?

My final stop for my Aus trip – KL! The purpose of this stop is just for shopping… just in case we didn’t get anything from AUS (which obviously we didn’t!)

Updates on our flight food which cost me RM 10 >.< … it was exactly the same when we flew from KL-Perth!!!

I threw up the food when I stepped down to Perth International Airport >.<

Ok..back to KL trip… We stayed at Tunes Hotel… which is damn cheap.. 3 nights just RM 173 for two person… so… quite good lor… We didn’t pay for air-con…fan will do… save money… lol…

In KL is all about shopping and eating… and of cuz .. RELAXING my mind! We went to Time Square, Petaling Street, Ikea, The Curve, One-Utama, Midvalley (My second home when I was in Uni that time)…

>> The best food I had in KL was Sushi Zanmai @ One-Utama… the Japanese food there was really nice… too bad Penang doesn’t have their branches…

Lastly, I had my first MCD meal @ LCCT.. damn crowded with people…
