This is a mandarin movie ~ 那些年,我们一起追的女孩…. so if you don’t understand mandarin, I don’t think this will attract your attention.

I have heard a lot of good review on this movie and I wanted to watch this.. compare to Immortals… but friend doesn’t want to watch it that time.. cis.. ended up watch a sucky movie and complaint about it >.<

Anyway, lucky me, got another bunch of friends asked me whether I wanted to join.. so I went with them instead…

And I glad I went. It was a really funny show and it is really real life experience that many of us will experience it during our teenage years.. :)

I would give an A to this… so.. go check this out if you understand mandarin~!

Synopsis:

Adolescence is like a heavy rain. Even though you catch a cold from it, you still look forward to experiencing it once again. Ko-Teng has several close friends who had a crush on Shen Chia-Yi. Those friends of Ko’s thus moved in unison from Ching Cheng’s junior high school straight into the senior high school division in pursuit of her. Naughty in nature, Ko was ordered by their homeroom teacher to sit in front of honor student Shen for her to keep close tabs on him. The two hadn’t hit it off at first but Ko gradually fell for Shen, who was always pressuring him to study hard. On the other hand, Shen became impressed by the contrasting values Ko represented. Ko started pursuing Shen but Shen remained hesitant. After graduation from senior high, Ko and Shen almost became a couple but the deal was spoilt by a duke out (fistfight) competition organized by Ko. Growing up together to witness their beloved Shen walking down the aisle to become someone else’s wife, these boys have learned their coming-of-age lessons and continue to pursue each’s happiness.

Movie review: Immortals

Don’t know what movie to watch as “Twilight: Breaking Dawn’ Was full, and the sales person recommended we watch this movie as she said it was really nice..

Well… not to my linking cuz I don’t really like movie that is too violent till the blood just “splash” the whole screen >.<

Anyway, if you like 300, you will like this show. It’s almost the same type. :)

Synopsis:

Eons after the Gods won their mythic struggle against the Titans, a new evil threatens the land. Mad with power, King Hyperion (Mickey Rourke) has declared war against humanity. Amassing a bloodthirsty army of soldiers disfigured by his own hand, Hyperion has scorched Greece in search of the legendary Epirus Bow, a weapon of unimaginable power forged in the heavens by Ares. Only he who possesses this bow can unleash the Titans, who have been imprisoned deep within the walls of Mount Tartaros since the dawn of time and thirst for revenge. In the king’s hands, the bow would rain destruction upon mankind and annihilate the Gods. But ancient law dictates the Gods must not intervene in man’s conflict. They remain powerless to stop Hyperion…until a peasant named Theseus (Henry Cavill) comes forth as their only hope. Secretly chosen by Zeus, Theseus must save his people from Hyperion and his hordes…

Movie Review: Real Steel

I have to say this first before my review on the movie, this is the most expensive 2D movie I have ever watched.

Reason being:

I wanted to catch the earliest show. So I rushed out of house thinking I should have enough time if the bus is there when I reached bus stop. Well, I did catch a bus once I got to the bus stop. I was so happy. Then I reached the MRT station seeing the train is reaching as well. However, at this time, I was looking for my handphone.

And to my surprised, I forgot to bring it out!!! OMG!

I rushed home with a cab, cost me $4 >.<

Got my phone, then rushed down take bus to MRT station again… but seeing I got 15min left till the show and I’m half way to the cinema, I changed route and took a cab to the cinema instead. Cost me $7.

And the movie itself was $11. Total cost for this movie = $22 >.<|||

*sigh*…

Anyway, back to the show, like many people commented, this was really a must watch show!!!Especially if you like Hugh Jackman, he is still looking good even at his age and the body still so macho… niceee~!

And the robots, they make it humanize. As if the robot understand human and has feelings. Really something touching.

And the kids starring Hugh Jackman’s s0n -> Dakota Goyo is also a very cute boy with the nice blue eyes.

Most importantly, the show to tell us, no matter how bad a situation, the love between father and son will never be affected by the bad situation. Touching moments in there.

And also, never look down on your opponent even if you are a world champion cuz you will never know what will bring you down in the end of the day.

Definitely a recommended show :)

Synopsis:

A gritty, white-knuckle, action ride set in the near-future where the sport of boxing has gone high-tech, “Real Steel” stars Hugh Jackman as Charlie Kenton, a washed-up fighter who lost his chance at a title when 2000-pound, 8-foot-tall steel robots took over the ring. Now nothing but a small-time promoter, Charlie earns just enough money piecing together low-end bots from scrap metal to get from one underground boxing venue to the next. When Charlie hits rock bottom, he reluctantly teams up with his estranged son Max (Dakota Goyo)to build and train a championship contender. As the stakes in the brutal, no-holds-barred arena are raised, Charlie and Max, against all odds, get one last shot at a comeback.

Movie Review: Harry Potter and the deathly hallows (Part 2)

Couldn’t resist the temptation and so I watched it after work on Friday… the starting was a bit blur.. hahha.. cuz forgot part 1 of the story d…. but then thanks to the malay lady beside me kept telling her partner the story, I’m kinda “refreshed” by her… I was seriously (>.<|||) lo.. told my friend about it.. he asked me to scold her.. ask her keep her mouth shut (>.<|||) I don’t scold ppl la, duh!

Anyway, the whole show was still nice… and finally it has come to and end!!!! yay! 10 years… phew.. finally it is all over…

Look back to the 3 cute actors & actress (Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint).. they have changed so much over the 19 years… well.. Emma Watson changed the least… at least she still looks almost the same.. haha.. is it bad or good? But Daniel Radcliffe really changed a lot… he looked soooooooo cute & chubby back then.. but now… soo freaking mature!

Well.. this is definitely a show to watch.. it’s the ending already… so just go and watch it~!

Synopsis:

The final chapter of the “Harry Potter” film series begins as Harry, Ron and Hermione leave Hogwarts behind and set out to find and destroy the Horcruxes–the secret to Voldemort’s power and immortality.

Too bad they have chosen the not so handsome guy as Magento… lol…but still worth to check it out :)

So… what’s next after this?

Movie Review: Fast Five

This has been by far the best movie that I have ever watched this year…

It was funny, lots of actions, pretty and sexy girls, macho guys, love story and all the actors & actresses in the past Fast & Furious were all in this episode … damn cool ler!

Oh oh! This episode included The Rock -Dwayne Johnson in it! Super syok la!

I still like Paul Walker & Vin Diesel in Fast & Furious show…. and I really like it when Sung Kang was in as well! and this time… the story included his love story with the sexy chick -> Gal Gadot which her screen name was Gisele Harabo

Definitely a MUST to watch this!

Talking about the movie ticket… I watched this in JB City Square… and they increased the ticket price to MYR 12!!! Not sure is it for new movie only or this new price applies to all…. *sigh*…. but anyhow it is still cheaper compare to SG… hahahhaa….

Synopsis:
